Sassy K’s Ranch Hand Pies, LLC was established in mid
June, 2012, with four people who were neighbors in a small town, 15 miles North
of Denton, Texas. These four people realized that their vision is to establish a successful
small business in the city of Aubrey, Texas. Their vision is to provide an
establishment that serves high quality food products at reasonable prices while
maintaining high standards in customer service and further, supports the needs
of their local community.
The general business plan that will be presented to the
lending institutions and investors will include a comprehensive market
analysis, financial analysis, building construction plan, contractual remedies
and product line.
The partnership will consist of one general
partner/owner, one general business manager and two stakeholders. The business
venture will be approached on two perspectives:

User-construction of retail building on purchased
(leveraged) land.

Investor-profit(s) from the everyday
business and profit from eventual sale (forecast for a ten-year holding
period).
